Mohammad Asif leads Jazaa as CEO. His background spans finance and strategy, and after 18 years of working with businesses at different stages, his view is that financial clarity and strategic direction are hard to separate. One without the other tends to go badly.

He holds an MBA and a BTech. He is also a US Certified Management Accountant, a qualification that covers financial management and decision-making at a senior level. His CSCA focuses on strategy and competitive analysis. Together, they reflect how he thinks: not just what the numbers say today, but what they mean for the decisions ahead.

His work centres on startup consulting, capital structuring, and fundraising. These three tend to go together. A startup that is raising capital needs its structure right first. Getting all of it aligned at the same time is where most early-stage companies find the most friction.

Growth and strategy round out his focus areas. He works with founders and business owners who need to understand their financial position clearly before committing to the next move.
